Biography by Albert L Williams

Samuel Byington Warren served in the War of 1812. He and a brother, Hugh or Hiram, were at Detroit at Hull's surrender. He died interstate and the administrators appointed for his estate were his widow, his father, and her father.

The old courthouse at Canandaigua burned, many years ago, and all of the old records of Ontario County perished.
